Online Booking Only
All appointments must be booked through this site. Requests via Instagram, email, or text cannot be accepted.

Deposits
  • A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred one time if you notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment.
  • If you cancel without rescheduling, or fail to reschedule within 48 hours, your deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to book again.

Cancellations & No-Shows
  • Appointments canceled less than 48 hours in advance, or missed entirely, will be considered a No Show and charged the full price of the service(s).
  • As a courtesy, email confirmations are sent to the contact provided at booking.

Rescheduling / Canceling
  • Use the “Change/Cancel Appointment” link at the bottom of your confirmation email.
  • Remember: deposits are non-refundable, but may transfer once if proper notice is given.

Payments
  • The remaining balance is due at your appointment and may be paid by credit/debit card or cash.

Late Arrivals
  • We respect everyone’s time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After that, we may not be able to complete your service and your deposit will be forfeited.

Services
  • Services are non-refundable once completed.
  • If you’re unhappy with your cut or color, adjustments can be made, but refunds are not available after the service has been performed.

Color Clients
  • All color clients, new or returning, must book a consultation before any color service.
  • Same-day consultations and color services are not available
